2025 Quilt Show Entry Form

Submit your Quilt Show entries here. It's very easy.

Just download the worksheet and fill it out for your one or two entries. Then click on the online Entry Form below, and copy the information from your worksheet onto the form, and submit it. Easy Peasy. You will use the online form for each entry, so if you have two, you will use it twice. When you click Submit on the online form, you will immediately receive an email with all the information you entered. Covington Quilt Guild members, in good standing, are eligible to enter up to two quilts.   If you are entering TWO quilts, fill out a form for each quilt.  Note that each entry must be completely finished, including the label which must be sewn on the back lower left corner (when looking at the back of the quilt.)

Please fill  out the 2025 Quilt Show Entry Form. You can reach the form by clicking the link below. When you click "Submit" you should get a "Success" message. If you do not, then you have an error in your form which you must fix, and then click "Submit" again. Repeat this until you get a "Success" message. Have fun!
