On the bottom of the Sheet are TABS, as follows:

Click on these tabs at the bottom of the page to go from one day to another.
Be sure to go to each tab, and signup for the jobs you wish to volunteer for.
Also, be sure to use the SCROLL BAR on Friday and Saturday, to scroll to the right to see all jobs.

Quilt Show Staffing
Descriptions of Quilt Jobs
Entrance Table – Sit down job where you welcome guests to the quilt show, accept their money, answer questions, give out a ballot for them to complete.
Silent Auction – Sit at table and assist guests concerning the bid sheets.
2025 Raffle Quilt tickets – Sit at table and sell tickets for the 2025 raffle quilt.
2026 Raffle Quilt tickets - Sit at table and sell tickets for the 2026 raffle quilt.
Table Runners – Sit at table and sell table runners. Familiarize yourself with the pricing chart. Keep area neatly displayed.
Tea Room – Restock plates and trays while wearing plastic gloves and using tongs/utensils when serving. Keep tables and floor neat and clean.
Hugs Featherweight – Work on Hugs charity items.
Bed Turning – Assist Linda as directed with her presentation. Reset quilts to be ready for the next scheduled presentation.
Cash Register – Sit at table and ring up individual sales. Position requires training by Norma Eades prior to the quilt show.
Sewing Room – Keep the sewing room area neat and restock or rearrange items for sale as directed by chairperson.
Hostess – There are two different Hostess positions –
Hostess in the gym - Greet guests, offer to show the backside of a quilt (with required glove), offer a glove to anyone who wishes to touch quilts encourage guests to fill out ballot and deposit in ballot box, remind guests to visit all of the other areas of the show. NO FOOD ALLOWED IN GYM.
Hostess in Multi-Purpose Room – One person needs to always be near the stage stairs. Answer questions and assist guests in visiting all area of the show.
